Former Rogers Company Owner and Former CEO Sentenced in Workers’ Comp Fraud/Kickback Conspiracy
The former owner and former CEO of a Rogers-based medical supply and billing company recruited physicians to dispense pain creams and patches to workers' compensation patients in exchange for a split of profits, billed the federal Office of Workers' Compensation Programs and private insurers at markups of 15 to 20 times cost, paid the physicians kickbacks, and shipped medications to two Louisiana physicians who lacked required dispensing licenses.
